What Youll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient needs and develop care plans aligned with protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team for timely interventions
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Participate in emergency responses and unit-specific procedures
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You NeedRequired:

Active Louisiana Registered Nurse license
Minimum 2 years ER experience
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to emergency team assignments

Preferred:

Experience in high-volume emergency departments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
