Join Our Team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and Make a Difference in Patient Care!Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a dynamic role in emergency healthcare? We are looking for skilled ER Nurses to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Provide immediate, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including certifications and state regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Skills:

Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working in trauma or high-acuity emergency settings.
Prior travel nursing experience.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
Active state RN license valid for the assignment location.
Proven ability to handle a fast-paced emergency environment.

Other Requirements:

Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
Flexibility to work every other holiday and weekend rotations.
Navy scrub attire.
Willingness to work in an environment with alternating 3x12 and 4x12 schedules as specified.
Travel reimbursements and licensing/certification reimbursements as applicable.
