Registered Nurse - Supervisor/Charge Nurse for Med Surg and ER
Hamburg, IA

Pay: $1963 - $2365 | Shift: 3x12 Nights (7p-7a)
Are you a seasoned nurse ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? Do you excel in both Med Surg and ER settings, and are you eager to make a difference in patient care? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Charge Nurse to join their team and lead with compassion and expertise.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care in both Med Surg and ER units. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in Med Surg and ER
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Participate in staff training and development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Experience in OB/Newborn Stabilization is a plus
- Need 2 years experience in setting
