Registered Nurse

Scottsbluff, NE

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay: $1980 - $2386 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join their team on the night shift. As a Charge Nurse in the ER, you will play a critical role in leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities during the night shift
Providing leadership and support to nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Active RN license
Need 1 year experience in setting
ENPC certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
