IDR is seeking a ERP Workday Functional Program Manager- HCM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role involves leading the successful delivery of Workday HCM modules within a dynamic and highly regulated industry. The company is focused on innovative HR solutions and transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

Position Overview for the ERP Workday Functional Program Manager- HCM:

Responsible for managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery for the HCM domain.
Reports to the ERP Program Director and oversees multiple project phases.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Workday HCM modules.
Manages project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment.
Ensures compliance with industry and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements for the ERP Workday Functional Program Manager- HCM:

812 years ERP delivery experience.
At least 2 Workday implementations in the HCM domain.
Experience in complex, regulated environments.
Strong project management skills with a focus on risk and dependency management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
