Job Description
Advantage Title & Escrow is a rapidly growing Title Company in Northwest Arkansas seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Processor with strong interpersonal skills to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills to professionally connect internally and externally. - Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple files in various stages of completion
- Ability to prioritize while under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment
- Must be able to work in web-based work environment and have reliable internet access
Responsibilities include:
- Directly communicate with clients, borrowers, real estate agents, lenders, and banks throughout title process
- Order entry, ordering payoffs, clearing title requirements, obtaining all seller, buyer, lender, and agent information required for closing
- Work as part of customer-focused team ensuring timely delivery of documentation and information needed to facilitate closings
- Prepare the preliminary and/or proposed Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement, and HUD-1 (when applicable)
- Assist Closing Officers with the closing of real estate transactions, preparing files for closing, receiving and reviewing sales contracts, reviewing title commitments for requirements, as well as ordering documents, faxing, and invoicing
- Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and attorneys to resolve discrepancies
- Work to build strong partnerships with local lenders, realtors, attorneys

Experience:
- Clerical, Administrative, Bookkeeping, Banking, Title, Real Estate: 1 year preferred
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
