Client by Evernorth is seeking professional, engaging Benefit Educators to support client benefit fairs and events. This on call role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face to face interaction and are comfortable representing a trusted pharmacy benefit services manager brand in public, client facing environments. Benefit Educators serve as a knowledgeable, approachable presence at benefit fairs, helping individuals understand their pharmacy benefits, answer high level questions, and access appropriate resources.This is an Client Benefit Educator position Health and Life licenses are NOT required.This is a contingent role with no guaranteed hours; work is offered based on client needs and event volumeThis position requires driving responsibilitiesCandidates must live within a 180-mile radius of the location(s) listed below and be able and willing to commute within that radius. Candidates must have their own form of reliable transportation.Atlanta, GA 2Savannah, GA 2Macon, GA 1Augusta, GA 1Greenville, SC 2Charleston, SC 2Jacksonville, FL 1Sarasota, FL 1Miami, FL 2ResponsibilitiesDeliver positive, informed member experiences by supporting individuals at client benefit fairs and eventsIncrease benefits awareness and engagement through proactive, professional attendee interactionsBuild trust and confidence by answering high level pharmacy benefit questions and connecting attendees to appropriate resourcesSupport consistent, high quality event execution by sharing educational and promotional materialsContribute to continuous improvement by completing required post event feedbackAttend an annual Client training to build foundational knowledge of the organization, industry, and educator roleParticipate in a 30-minute 1-hour account specific training session with the account team at least 48 hours prior to each assigned benefit fairThis training covers client specific plan details and key talking points to ensure educators feel prepared and supportedProfessional attire and demeanor required at all eventsAdditional InformationTraining will be provided to ensure that you are well prepared to answer client questions.This is a contingent role with no guaranteed hours; work will be available on an as-needed basis.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsComfort engaging individuals one on one and in small group settingsProfessional presence in client facing environmentsCustomer service or public facing experience preferredFamiliarity with benefits or insurance information is a plus
