Especialista de Ventas, Personal Safety Division, Bogotá - Colombia.

Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo

Como Ejecutivo de Ventas desempeñarás un rol clave para ejecutar y gestionar la cartera de clientes en la división de Seguridad Personal en la Zona Centro de Colombia, incluyendo zona minera. En este rol podrás elaborar y ejecutar un plan de ventas focalizado en las prioridades de la División, gestionando comercial y técnicamente la cartera de clientes a cargo.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol

Comunicarás y ejecutarás la estrategia del negocio en los clientes.
Liderarás y propondrás el plan de ventas a ejecutar en cada uno de los clientes.
Coordinarás las iniciativas con el equipo de ventas de la Distribución para su ejecución e involucraras al equipo de canales industriales.
Asegurarás la implementación de las Campañas de Marketing en cada uno de los clientes.

Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

Título Profesional Universitario en Ingenierías, Administración ó carreras afines.
Tener mínimo 3 años de experiencia comercial.
Tener mínimo 3 años de experiencia comercial en indústria minera.
Nivel de Inglés intermedio.
Manejo y disciplina en el uso de herramientas de proceso de venta (CRM).
Posición con base Bogotá, con disponibilidad para viajar a ciudades cercanas (Boyaca, Cundinamarca)

Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:

Manejo de Sales Force.
Experiencia gestionando Productos de Seguridad Industrial/EPPs.
Habilidades en comunicación asertiva, trabajo en equipo y priorización.
