Location: [Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederik, MD] • Full-TimeWe are a growing, multi-state law firm looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role handles client consultations, drafts core estate planning documents, and assists with probate/trust administration as needed. Ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys client interaction.Responsibilities
- Conduct estate planning consultations and advise clients.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Support probate and trust administration matters.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals and staff to manage caseload efficiently.
- Maintain accurate files and provide timely communication to clients.
- J.D. and active license in at least MD.
- Estate planning experience preferred (3–5+ years).
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
