Your Role

As a Network Attorney, you will:

• Provide expert legal advice on estate planning and business formation
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and business entity documents

• Prepare comprehensive, probate-avoidance estate plans that protect families and assets

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active state bar membership in good standing (no disciplinary record)
• Minimum 3 years of estate plan drafting experience
• Current private practice
• Residency in your state of practice

• Comfortable conducting virtual/telephonic consultations
• Professional liability insurance

Highly Valued:

• Prior experience in business formation, special needs planning, elder law, taxation, or asset protection
• Admission to multiple state bars
• Bilingual skills
