Estate Planning Paralegal – This is a Remote OpportunityEstate Mentors a part of Wisepath Group is a forward-thinking, rapidly growing company specializing in estate planning and trust creation. We empower our clients by guiding them through every step of the estate planning process—preparing critical documents, educating them on their options, and providing mentorship to secure their future.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate drafting, excellent phone communication skills, and a proven ability to convey the value of our services. In this role, you will guide clients through the estate planning process, address objections, and ensure that every plan is completed successfully.Key Responsibilities
- Client Education & Consultation:Engage with clients to explain the importance of estate planning and help determine the best package for their needs.
- Document Preparation & Client Intake:Utilize estate planning software to generate accurate documents based on client input and ensure all necessary details are captured before review by partner attorneys.
- Client Mentorship:Assist clients with intake forms, final documentization, and promptly address any questions throughout the process.
- Trust Funding Guidance:Support clients in coordinating asset transfers and ensure proper trust funding for a fully implemented estate plan.
- Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, timely follow-ups, and addressing any concerns to keep the process on track.
- Sales & Value Communication:Confidently discuss the estate planning process with clients, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of completing their estate plans.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning or estate & elder law.
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Estate Guru, Decision Vault, LawPay).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in addressing client objections and articulating the benefits of professional services.
- Base Pay: $20/hour, with uncapped performance-based incentive bonus.
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours based on appointments and client needs.
- Pay Periods: Bi-weekly (1st and 15th of each month).
