Job Description

A well-established, respected Rhode Island law firm is looking for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join its team in Johnston, RI. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys estate planning and probate work and wants to grow with a supportive firm.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives

- Assist with trust administration and probate matters from start to finish

- Prepare and file probate court documents

- Communicate with clients, gather information and schedule signings

- Maintain organized files and track deadlines

Qualifications:

- Experience as a paralegal in estate planning, trusts or probate

- Familiarity with Rhode Island probate procedures preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Professional, client-friendly communication
