Estate Planning Paralegal Milwaukee, WI (Downtown – Onsite - Willing to discuss Hybrid Option) Full-Time
Molt Legal Partners is partnering with a highly respected Milwaukee-based estate planning firm to identify an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with attorneys serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners, where precision, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
The Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sophisticated estate planning matters from start to finish.
This is not a purely administrative role. The right candidate will be comfortable drafting, managing details independently, and contributing meaningfully to the planning process.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting estate planning documents, including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Ancillary documents
- Assisting with planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
- Managing client files with a high level of organization and confidentiality
- Communicating with clients in a professional and polished manner
- Supporting attorneys throughout the planning and execution process
What They're Looking For
- Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients preferred
- High level of discretion and professionalism (non-negotiable)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Clio and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
This role is best suited for someone who can step in and contribute with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 – $85,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
