About the Role We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding families through important decisions and ensuring their wishes are clearly documented. If you're passionate about client service and want to be part of a team that values integrity, empathy, and excellence, we’d love to meet you. 
What You Will Do
  • Draft estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Support clients during document signings and notarizations
  • Stay organized by maintaining case files, deadlines, and key communications
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver top-notch service
  •  Communicate and coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and agencies
  • Help ensure everything we do is compliant and accurate
Qualifications
  • Experience:2 years of estate planning or probate experience (law firm setting preferred)
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Clio, Academy, or similar)
  • Soft Skills: Client-focused mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills
