About the Role

Utilizing advanced techniques and premium add-ons such as diamond-tip microdermabrasion, glycolic peels, NuFace microcurrent, and DermaFlash, you will create transformative experiences tailored to each guest’s unique needs. Your expertise in retail sales and guest engagement will drive product recommendations and rebooking, ensuring lasting relationships and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Guest Care: Deliver world-class skincare treatments, customizing each session to meet guests’ unique wellness goals using Skin Authority’s cutting-edge products and protocols.
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Design and implement comprehensive treatment and home-care regimens, empowering guests to achieve lasting skin health and radiance.
- Retail Sales Excellence: Drive retail product sales by educating guests on the benefits of Skin Authority products, seamlessly integrating recommendations into their wellness journey.
- Add-On Expertise: Master and promote advanced add-ons, ensuring every treatment is elevated to meet the highest standards of luxury and efficacy.
