Swank Builders, Inc. is seeking an Estimating & Design Consultant to play a key role in our design-build process--meeting with homeowners, developing project plans, and guiding projects from concept to completion.

Position Summary
As a Selections & Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of Swank Builders, working directly with homeowners to design, estimate, and guide remodeling projects. This role requires a balance of design expertise, customer service, and sales ability to deliver solutions that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans
- Create design concepts and present remodeling solutions aligned with client budgets and expectations
- Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Guide clients through material selections with our Selections and Allowances Specialist
- Maintain accurate project records in Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Attend site visits to verify project feasibility and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in residential remodeling sales, design-build consulting, or project design
- Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently guide homeowners
- Outgoing, client-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals
- Familiarity with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
