• * 5+ years Estimating experience in underground and water infrastructure construction
• * Operations experience in earthwork, underground utilities, water infrastructure projects
• * Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and numerically accurate
• * Some regional overnight travel may be required
• * Proficient bid software such as: HCSS Heavy Bid, InEight, or Bid2Win
