Job Details

• Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to interpret plans and specifications
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor/vendor relationships
