As an Estimator specializing in MEP Construction, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process by preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. - Analyze and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain a database of cost information for materials and labor.
- Provide input on value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies relevant to MEP construction.

A successful Estimator- MEP Construction should have:
