As a 100% employee-owned company, they offer a collaborative environment where employees directly benefit from the company's success.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to determine project requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project details.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid proposals and schedules.Monitor and update estimates as project scopes evolve or changes occur.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and project-related activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
