Job Description

Estimator PositionThe Estimator will report into the Preconstruction Manager and play a key role in securing new work and supporting project success.Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams for cost validation

Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies

Assist in proposal preparation and client presentations

Strong understanding of construction drawings, take-offs, and pricing

Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar)What's on offer:Competitive salary + bonus structure
