Job Description
The Estimator- Healthcare will:
- Support preconstruction and estimating efforts on commercial construction projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors during the estimating process.
- Contribute to projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, senior living, commercial, renovation, and ground-up construction sectors.
- Help develop accurate budgets, cost estimates, and pricing strategies.
- Learn industry best practices under experienced preconstruction leadership.
- Utilize estimating and construction management software to support project pursuits.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator- Healthcare should have:
- 0-3 years of construction-related experience.
- Experience may include internships, co-ops, field experience, subcontractor backgrounds, design-side exposure, or commercial construction experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or estimating software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work from either the Concord, MA or Middletown, CT office.
