- Mixed CommercialThis established general contractor has a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial construction projects across the Southeast. Employees benefit from a collaborative environment, strong leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.Job DescriptionDevelop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scopes and requirements.Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to determine costs.Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the estimating process.Maintain an updated database of costs for labor, materials, and equipment.Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and project teams.Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize project budgets.Track and report project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
