Job TitleDemolition EstimatorAbout Our ClientThis established construction manager, design builder, and general contractor is known across Maine for delivering fast paced, complex projects across a wide range of sectors. With a strong reputation built on repeat client relationships, the company continues to grow through consistent project wins and a diverse pipeline. This role sits within their demolition and environmental division, working closely with top general contractors across Maine. The team focuses on demolition, asbestos abatement, and sitework, often supporting healthcare related projects and other technically sensitive environments.Job DescriptionPrepare estimates for demolition, abatement, and sitework projects. Perform takeoffs and review drawings and specifications. Work closely with project teams and leadership on bid strategy. Support project execution when needed, wearing multiple hats across estimating and operations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
