Estimator

Their collaborative culture, leadership accessibility, and commitment to employee development have contributed to an impressive 85% repeat client rate and an outstanding safety record.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $200K to $40MAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost projections
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Work closely with project management and preconstruction teams throughout the bidding process
Prepare quantity takeoffs, scopes of work, and pricing packages
Participate in value engineering efforts and budgeting exercises
Assist with proposal preparation, bid submissions, and client presentations

- Commercial Construction should have:Experience as an Estimator within commercial construction
Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred
Ability to estimate projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, multifamily, manufacturing, and institutional work
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and estimating practices
Experience utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
Stable work history and a strong cultural fit are highly valued
