Communicate directly with clients on day to day
Create master schedules
Preconstruction and estimating of projects

Conceptual estimating experience
Ability to run 3-4 projects at once
Microsoft suite knowledge
Experience reading drawings
Scheduling experience
Ability to do quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
Hard bid experience (nice to have)What's on OfferAn organized, hard working team
