Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Note: Must have experience preparing cost estimates for private and public construction projects and overseeing administrative, operational, and technical aspects including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Job Description

Analyze contract documents, plans, and specifications to evaluate project work scopes
Verify work quantities and assign appropriate resources and productivity rates
Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to secure work
Create and submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure contracts
Schedule equipment, personnel, materials, and subcontractors in cooperation with Project Superintendents
Monitor daily job costs and implement cost control plans
Manage project finances, review and approve pay estimates, and authorize project transactions
Ensure safety programs, company procedures, and quality standards are met
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 5+ years of relevant construction project management and estimating experience
Experience overseeing labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, project budgets, and schedules
Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCSS HeavyBid
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
