Prepare conceptual and detailed budgets for healthcare construction projects across the Orlando submarketDevelop accurate, competitive cost estimates for hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility workLeverage established relationships and market knowledge with Orlando Health, HCA, AdventHealth, and/or Nemours to inform pricing and scopeAnalyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and cost drivers specific to healthcare construction (AHCA-regulated work, infection control, MEP-intensive builds)Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor pricingTrack local labor, material, and subcontractor market conditions to keep estimates currentCollaborate with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams during pursuit and proposal stagesPresent estimates and budget recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders
