What You'll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our shop operating smoothly and efficiently by:
- Creating repair estimates from digital vehicle inspections
- Ordering, receiving, and processing automotive parts
- Utilizing electronic parts catalogs (E-CAT) effectively
- Maintaining organized inventory and accurate stock levels
- Collaborating closely with technicians and service advisors
- Ensuring parts arrive on time, are accurately ordered, and properly documented
- Supporting an efficient, productive workflow throughout the shop
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive parts experience
- 1+ year dealership parts experience preferred
- European automotive experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
