Location: Sioux Falls, SD | Pay:$22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Bring:

• High school education or technical training
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, performing maintenance duties, is preferred

In This Evening Maintenance Tech Role, You'll:

• Work: The night shift from 2:30 pm - midnight, with overtime opportunities
• Ensure the smooth operation of machinery by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
• Locate the sources of problems using various testing instruments and devices.
• Adjust functional parts of equipment with hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and other tools.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen for irregularities to identify potential problems.
• Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools.
• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance needs.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and placing orders.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to get the job done efficiently.
• Provide mechanical maintenance information and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures and regulations.
