Evening Shift 4PM-2:30 AM Monday- Thursday and mandatory OT when applicable. TRAINING ON FIRST SHIFT until expectations are met (Monday-Thursday 5:30AM-4PM with mandatory OT when applicable.

Summary: A Press Brake Forming Operator is responsible for preparing the workstation, set ups, and adjusting programs to ensure product is being formed to the specification callouts on customer prints in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

Set-up hydraulic CNC press brakes.
Form parts to print and document progress.
Maintain efficiency in high volume environment.
Maintain minimum scrap levels (zero scrap preferred).
Identify material defects throughout the runs.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs repetitively for 10/hr shifts.

Qualifications:

At least two years of previous manufacturing experience is required
Print reading experience is beneficial
Basic math
Good communication skills is a must
Familiar with Microsoft Windows
