Job Description

Looking for flexible, part-time evening work? Do you believe in serving customers well? If so, this work opportunity could work well for you! This opportunity is near the intersection of I-25 and Corporate Drive, zip 80919. Cleaning is Monday through Thursday starting anytime after 5:30 pm and Saturdays starting anytime after 4:30 pm. We are looking for a person who:

Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability, and a hard work ethic
Has reliable transportation

Compensation and benefits:

Flexible evening and weekend work schedules (Great for those who already have a day job!)
Performance bonus pay based on productivity and efficiency
Personal, professional on-the-job training at your assigned buildings
All cleaning equipment and supplies provided by company
Paid sick time
Company matching IRA available after 1 yr service
Paid driving time between cleaning buildings consecutively

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitization, restroom cleaning etc.
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds and use a backpack vacuum.

Compensation: $15.25 per hour
