GREAT PAY
Starting pay: $18.75/hr + $3.00/hr weekend differential. With weekend work and the possibility of overtime (3–5 hours/week), many team members earn more than the base rate; average total hourly pay across the team has been up to $21.99/hr. (Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings vary by schedule.)

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EVENING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH
You work nights from 8:30 pm to 4:00 am, with five days on and two off.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle a wide range of tasks to keep our commercial properties in excellent shape for residents and visitors alike! You provide an important service, spending your nights cleaning and maintaining the property. As you fulfill your duties, you maintain a positive attitude and keep customer service at the heart of everything you do!
Collaboration is key as you work with your team to thoroughly inspect properties and efficiently complete tasks like removing trash, cleaning debris, and addressing potential risks or hazards. You also brainstorm ideas for improving our property maintenance processes. Carefully, you drive sweeper trucks and stay on top of regular maintenance to keep our fleet always ready to respond. Your dedication to exceeding expectations makes you an integral part of our success!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work night and early morning hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in a management position would be a bonus!
