Evening Supervisor

Our products serve a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics.Position SummaryThe Evening Supervisor will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient workflow processes within our production and distribution environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support direct reports in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution setting

Manage workflow processes to maximize efficiency and productivity

Review order status and forecast plans to meet customer requirements

Maintain operating system databases to support continuous improvement initiatives

Review schedules and priorities to ensure on-time deliveries

Monitor inventory, production, and distribution activities

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, departments, and internal/external customers

Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment

Assist with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

QualificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Basic computer and PC skills required

Ability to understand and communicate in Basic EnglishStrong work ethic and commitment to quality

Preferred QualificationsExperience in production, distribution, scheduling, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment

Experience using manufacturing software systems

Previous supervisory and/or maintenance experience

Associate degree in a related field (preferred but not required)Valid driver's license required
