Event And Member Relations Specialist

• Lead planning and execution for chapter?wide events, including annual conventions, retreats, and signature programs.*
• Coordinate logistics for regional events, providing registration support, materials preparation, and onsite assistance when needed.*
• Manage member onboarding activities, including CRM record creation, communications, and orientation coordination.*
• Track sponsorships, registrations, budgets, contracts, and post?event deliverables within the CRM system.*
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to produce event communications, materials, signage, and branding assets.*
• Communicate timelines, assignments, and expectations to staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue partner

• Experience coordinating events, meetings, or programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts*
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities*
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working within CRM or database systems*
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow?up skills*
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts and logistics effectively*
• Proactive, detail?oriented mindset with the ability to problem?solve and adapt quickly
