QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:2-5 years of event coordination, volunteer management, fundraising or a related field

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and volunteer teams

Experience recruiting, coordinating, and leading volunteers for events and community initiatives

Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners

Fund development experience preferred

Experience with donor management software is a plus
