Position Overview
Looking for a high-energy, people-oriented role where your effort directly impacts your paycheck?
Joyce is hiring Part-Time Event Marketers to represent our brand at local events, generate leads, and set appointments. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly.
Compensation
- $17 per hour base rate
- Uncapped performance-based commissions on leads and appointments
- Average earnings of $20–$25 per hour
- Top performers earning $30+ per hour
What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations
- Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads
- Set appointments for our in-home sales team
- Represent the Joyce brand with confidence and energy
- Help with light event setup and teardown
- Hit daily lead goals and maximize earning potential
