Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup and distribution of promotional materials
Collaborate with Account and Campaign Managers to strategize marketing and advertising initiatives
Represent the brand as a front-line ambassador between consumers and clients
Train and mentor promotional staff for assigned campaigns
Manage event promotions and marketing strategies in alignment with leadership
Consistently represent the brand in a positive, professional light
Drive sales through engaging retail promotional campaigns

Requirements:

Must be located in the Nashville area or willing to commute for training
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Full-time availability (summer positions available for students)
Reliable transportation is required
Must be enthusiastic, with the ability to balance fun with professionalism
