Event Marketing & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

Our growing marketing division is seeking motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistants! In this role, you will support high-impact fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and vital community initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, including prominent nonprofit organizations and local charities.This position is designed to provide you with immersive, hands-on experience and professional mentorship from day one. • Event & Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, setting up, and executing daily promotional campaigns, live charity events, and community fundraising initiatives.
• Public Relations & Outreach: Engage directly with the public, donors, and event attendees to drive brand awareness, maximize campaign participation, and deliver compelling brand messaging.
• Logistics & Material Management: Help manage on-site event logistics, promotional materials, visual displays, and brand communications content.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor public participation rates, track donor registration data, and provide feedback to help management optimize future campaign performance.
• Team Collaboration: Support fellow marketing team members with daily project execution, cross-training, and event coordination.
• Creative Contribution: Share creative ideas and innovative strategies to enhance campaign messaging and increase local event impact.
