Job Description

We’re a fast-growing nonprofit marketing and promotions team seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join us! In this entry-level role, you’ll help create memorable, meaningful experiences that raise awareness, inspire action, and support local community initiatives and charitable programs.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, and community engagement, while developing skills that can grow into a rewarding career making a positive impact.

What You’ll Do

Be the face of our nonprofit partners at local events, community campaigns, and fundraising activities
Provide friendly, informed answers to community members and supporters after brand and program training
Share resources, offer demonstrations, and distribute materials that highlight nonprofit programs
Assist attendees with donations, registrations, and volunteer sign-ups
Track event participation, community feedback, and questions to improve campaign impact and outreach efforts
