Job Summary

Job Summary

Summary: Event Set-up person is responsible preparing Concession spaces for all event functions in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in Levy's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the scope of event and know how to complete a set-up/tear down.
• Set location in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down other venues.
• Complete assigned tasks
• Hours: Flexible; scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
