Job Description
Event Staff $18/hrJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Previous event, conference, venue, or trade show setup experience preferred.
- Assist with event setup, including assembling badges, preparing merchandise bags, steaming flags, setting up registration areas, and booth setup.
- Assist with event pack-out by boxing books, office supplies, and exhibit materials for shipment.
- Load carts and transport event materials throughout the hotel to designated pickup locations.
- Assist with weighing, labeling, and creating shipping logs as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy bins and boxes throughout the shift.
- September 8th: 1PM-5PM
- September 9th: 8AM-5PM
- Subject to change if work gets completed early
- September 8th: 8AM-12PM
- September 12th: 11AM-2PM
