Event Support Staff – One-Day EventLocation: Novi, MIDate: May 8Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Must arrive a few minutes early)Pay: $20.00/hour

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Event Support Staff for a one-day event in Novi, MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, presentable, and comfortable assisting guests in a fast-paced event setting.

Responsibilities:

Hand out badges to attendees during check-in
Scan attendee badges as they enter breakout rooms
Assist attendees with downloading the event app on their phone using a QR code
Direct attendees to seating areas, breakout rooms, food stations, and restrooms
Stand near breakout rooms and scan badges as attendees enter
Provide general directions and support throughout the event

All rooms and breakout sections are located close together, making navigation easy for staff and attendees.

Meals Provided: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.

Requirements

Dress Code:

Darker bottoms
White or light-colored shirt
Clean, comfortable shoes; sneakers are acceptable
Overall appearance must be neat and presentable

Requirements:

Friendly and professional demeanor
Comfortable standing and walking throughout the event
Able to assist attendees with basic phone app download instructions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
