  • Direct Care Workers — Full-time 2nd shift availability: 4:00 p.m.- 12:00 a.m.
  • Direct Care Workers — Full-time 3rd shift availability: 12:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must provide two forms of identification during your interview

  2. Social Security Card
  • Resume (if not previously provided)
