We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This flexible, part-time role (20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, streamlining processes, and working with modern technology tools.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
- Operate as a strategic partner to our Chief Operating Officer to create efficiencies by leveraging technology and AI tools to proactively improve systems and workflows that support leadership tasks & organizational strategic initiatives.
✅ What Qualifications You Bring:
- 🧠 Experience
- 3–7+ years supporting executives or other leadership postions
- Proven ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment handling confidential information
- 💻 Technical & systems skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms)
- Experience with:
- Calendar + scheduling tools (Outlook, Calendly, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in:
- 🤖 AI & automation mindset
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve efficiency
- Ability to leverage AI for drafting emails, summarizing information, and creating reports
- Interest in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
- Quick learner of emerging technologies and digital tools
📍 Location:
