Job Description

Galleria Area – Houston, TX 100% In-Office | Direct Hire Our client, a well-established and growing company located in the Galleria area, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to serve as the right hand to senior leadership while overseeing daily office operations. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing high-level executive support with hands-on office management. What You’ll Do Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas
  • Draft and manage confidential correspondence and executive communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership and Board meetings
  • Support senior leadership and the Board of Directors as needed
Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, organized environment
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with external communications
  • Assist with light HR support including resume screening and onboarding coordination
  • Monitor office-related budgets and vendor agreements
Administrative & Project Support
  • Manage phones, mail, and email correspondence
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Maintain and update internal directories and key documentation
  • Support special projects and handle complex administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable being the central point of coordination within the office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology
