Job Description:Executive assistant to support 2 executives within the Deans office. This is a backfill for someone on medical leave.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Calendaring and time management for executives
- Draft emails, letters, and responses
- Meeting preparation: high level as well as large meetings
- Event preparation: assist in setting up, cleaning up, and putting materials together
- Travel coordination
- Executive support
- Filing and front desk reception duties
- Other adhoc support as needed
