Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a dynamic, fast-growing family office. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an accomplished individual, ensuring the seamless execution of both professional and personal demands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and thrives under pressure. They will be highly skilled in managing complex calendars, travel logistics, high-profile events, and confidential matters with the utmost professionalism. This is a role for a career EA who anticipates needs, solves problems proactively, and brings calm and organization to a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage an ever-changing executive calendar, schedule, and priorities.
· Partner with PA team to coordinate national and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
· Provide executive-level meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
· Handle sensitive correspondence, expenses, and records with discretion.
· Partner closely with OpCo CEOs, Family Office President and the broader executive team to ensure alignment.
· Oversee special projects, events, and initiatives on behalf of the executive.
· Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, staff, and family members.
· Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule as part of the executive’s office team.
Requirements· 10+ years of C-Suite executive support experience, ideally with UHNW individuals.
· Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
· Exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
· Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and iOS devices.
· Familiarity with Asana.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
· Impeccable discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
