Executive Assistant $1045+ WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Answering phones
- Greeting guest
- Assisting in other areas as needed
- Managing coffee area for guest throughout the day
- Event coordinating with HR when needed
- Computer knowledge a must (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Document & Report Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread executive reports, memos, spreadsheets, and presentation slides
- Communications Gatekeeping: Screen incoming phone calls, manage and prioritize email inboxes, draft correspondence, and act as a liaison between executives and internal or external partners
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, manage Outlook or Google calendars, arrange meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of professional administrative experience, ideally supporting upper management or C-level executives
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in office productivity suites (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word)
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday
