About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, professional, and personable Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our executive team while serving as the face of our Chattanooga office. This role is a blend of executive support, front desk management, and culture coordination. You'll be the first impression for visitors and a trusted partner to leadership keeping priorities on track, communications organized, and helping create a positive, well-run office environment.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities for senior leadership
- Monitor and help organize email inboxes; flag key items and draft responses
- Assist with travel planning and logistics as needed
Front Desk & Office Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
